Mrs Ifraz Hage,the Acting General Director of Cultural Affairs  representing The Minister of Culture Mr. Raymond Arayji, sponsored  poet Hussein hamadé the book signing ceremony « Al Hibr Iza Tanafass » (When the Ink Breathes) at the Unesco,in the presence of Mr. Mohamad Khawaja, representing  Speaker Nabih Berri, the poet Mahdi Mansour from the Cultural Movement in Lebanon and numerous cultural, Media and artistic organisations and personalities.
