Culture Minister Ghassan Salamé said in a televised address while participating in a march for the families of the martyrs and victims of the August 4 explosion: "We have reached a new milestone: establishing a permanent dialogue with the families of the victims of the port explosion at the National Library. He added: "The government's commitment to the port explosion case is serious, and we are convinced that there is no justice without truth, nor truth without judicial independence. The bill on the independence of the judiciary has been approved, which is positive."
