The Minister of Culture, Mr. Raymond Arayji, patronized the Book Signing Ceremony of the novel "toubi'a fi  loubnana" (printed in Lebanon) of  novelist Jabbour Douaihy held in the courtyard of the official school Rachelle Edde in the village of Sebhel in the caza of Zgharta, at the invitation of the cultural library of Sebhal.
