Support Request for associations, cultural clubs and creators
A special committee is in charge of reviewing and assessing the requests. Thus, the ministry decides to grant its support to the requests approved by the committee.

NOTE: NB: The application form must be submitted with the required documents in an envelope during the working hours at the registry of the General Directorate of Cultural Affairs.
The ministry provides annual support to associations and clubs that organize various cultural and artistic activities. The ministry also provides financial support to creators in various cultural fields to help them carry out their projects and activities.

The parties requesting support must fulfill the following conditions:
- May not seek to make a profit.
- In the case of a legal entity, the objectives stated in the bylaw must be assigned to cultural fields (cultural activities, encouragement of talents in the various fields of thought, literature, heritage, art in all its forms).
- In the case of a natural person, the applicant must be a creator or a person competent and active in the aforementioned fields.
- Their service must be continuous and comprehensive.
- In the case of a legal entity, the body shall consist of competent and experienced members capable of achieving its objectives.
- Their resources must be allocated to the achievement of its objectives.
- The organization should have been exercising its function for more than two years and should have realized at least three successful cultural projects.
- Should not have received any public financial assistance other than that of the Ministry of Culture.
Required documents:

a certified copy of the Notice of Constitution.

a copy of the bylaw of the association or the cultural club.

the balance sheet for the previous two years.

the list of the carried-out activities for the previous two years.

the certificate of registration at the Ministry of Finance.

a certificate of bank transfer (IBAN).
